Job summary

HiHealthcare on Maui seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for per diem shifts. The position offers flexible scheduling and the potential to work up to 40 hours per week, with a pay rate of $48–$54 per hour based on experience and facility needs.

Ideal candidates hold an Hawaii RN license, current BLS and First Aid certifications, and have at least one year of acute care experience across settings such as hospitals or clinics. You will provide high-quality patient care across diverse facilities.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Current First Aid certification
• Minimum of one year of acute care experience
• Experience in hospital, clinic, correctional facility, long-term care facility, or skilled nursing facility

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and nursing evaluations
• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in fast-paced environments
• Administer medications and treatments per facility policies and physician orders
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status
• Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with facility, state, and regulatory standards
• Adapt quickly to varying facility workflows and patient care needs
