Job summary

HiHealthCare in Maui is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes. The roles offer Part Time and Per Diem schedules, ideal for balancing personal commitments while delivering compassionate care.

You will conduct home visits, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Hawaii RN license.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience; home care preferred.
• CPR (BLS) certification is required.
• Strong clinical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per individualized home care plan.
• Perform home visits to assess health and home environment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document changes in patient condition.

Position Summary:

HiHealthCare is currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes on Maui. This role offers the flexibility of Part Time and Per Diem schedules, making it ideal for RNs looking to balance work with other personal or professional commitments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with a patient's individualized care plan
• Conduct home visits to assess patient health and home environment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document changes in patient condition
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and caregivers on health maintenance and disease management
• Ensure compliance with all clinical and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license in the State of Hawaii
• Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience; home care experience preferred
• CPR certification (BLS)
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
