We offer a base salary of $225,000–$250,000 plus discretionary bonus, an annual billable target of 1800 hours, and a four-day‑in‑office schedule in a collegial, sophisticated environment serving a demanding clientele.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We have been exclusively retained by a premier boutique matrimonial firm in NYC that seeks to hire an experienced matrimonial attorney for a role focused on high-net-worth matrimonial matters. The firm handles complex, high-stakes disputes on behalf of a sophisticated clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complex financial litigation including asset valuation and accounting issues
• Custody litigation from discovery through trial
• Document discovery, legal research, and motion drafting
• Preparation for testimony at depositions and trials
• Analysis of expert reports and financial issues
• Preparation of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements

What the Firm Seeks:

• At least 8 years of matrimonial experience
• A solid work ethic

• Base salary of about $225,000-$250,000 or more, depending on relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus
