Growing Established Law Firm Seeks Matrimonial Attorney to join their team!

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of complex family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division & other related matters
• Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their legal needs and determine the best course of action
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as divorce papers, custody agreements, and prenuptial agreements
• Gathering evidence, including financial evidence.
• Preparing necessary documentation.
• Handling issues related to child custody and visitation.
• Referring to mediation.
• Advocating for clients in hearings.
• Overseeing family estates.
• Providing advice on areas such as adoption and guardianship.

Skills & Experience
