Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience and demonstrated capacity to independently manage complex public health research projects.
• Strong people management skills, ability to lead projects and work in teams.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact in communication and coordination among internal study partners.
• Establish study and grant timelines; assist with budgets and forecasting.
• Coordinate research meetings, data curation, management, and analysis; assist in grant renewals and reporting.
• Maintain collaborative partnerships with participants and research partners; manage subcontracts; hire and supervise project staff.
• Develop resource guides and templates for interacting with UNC offices; coordinate trainings for investigators and staff.
