Alignerr Corp. seeks a Mathematics Researcher (Masters/PhDs) for an AI training role. Work remotely on 10–40 hours/week, designing and evaluating complex mathematical problems to improve AI reasoning.

This contract position rewards deep theoretical insight and independent scheduling in a fast-moving AI environment. You will solve high-level problems, test mathematical models, and collaborate with AI researchers to ensure rigorous accuracy.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Mathematics or closely related field
• Deep expertise in algebra, calculus, statistics, or discrete mathematics
• Comfortable coding in Python, MATLAB, or Mathematica
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong written English
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without close supervision

Who You Are

• Hold a Master's or PhD in Mathematics or a closely related field
• Deep expertise in one or more of: algebra, calculus, statistics, or discrete mathematics
• Comfortable coding in Python, MATLAB, or Mathematica for research or applied problem-solving
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong written communication skills in English
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without close supervision

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
• Background in applied mathematics, mathematical modeling, or computational research
• Experience writing or reviewing technical mathematical content for academic or professional audiences
• Familiarity with AI tools or evaluation platforms as an end user
