The candidate should hold a Master’s degree in Mathematics or Mathematics Education with 18 graduate hours in mathematics, and have teaching experience
Formación
- Master's degree in Mathematics from an accredited institution.
- Master's in Mathematics Education or related degree with at least 18 graduate hours in mathematics.
- Experience teaching at the secondary or community college level preferred.
- Teaching experience in distance education preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Plan and deliver accessible, quality instruction across courses.
- Instructs 15-22 contact hours per semester; develop syllabi and materials.
- Maintain office hours and respond to student inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of attendance and grades per policy.
- Mentor part-time instructors and contribute to program development.
- Participate in program assessment and professional development.
