What You'll Work On:

Required Qualifications:

An MS or PhD in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computational Science, Theoretical Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative field; or A BS in Mathematics or a closely related quantitative field plus at least 1-2 years of mathematics-focused professional or research experience in top companies/institutions. Strong expertise in at least one mathematical area, such as applied mathematics, numerical analysis, optimization, probability, statistics, discrete mathematics, algebra, geometry, mathematical modeling, or dynamical systems. Relevant tools may include Python, SymPy, SageMath, SciPy, CVXPY, NumPy, GNU Octave, Julia, or similar programmatic mathematical software. Experience with an equivalent CLI-accessible tool is acceptable. Relevant Python tools may include NumPy, SciPy, SymPy, pandas, Matplotlib, Jupyter, CVXPY, statsmodels, NetworkX, numerical solvers, optimization libraries, or domain-specific scientific packages. No single library is mandatory.

Compensation Structure:

Compensation is output-based. Experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications. The time required to complete each task may vary depending on the expert's experience and workflow. Minimum submission requirements apply.

Start Timeline & Availability:

Typically, roles are filled within 48 hours and are looking for experts who are ready to begin immediately. If selected, you will be expected to start your first task within 24-48 hours of completing onboarding.
