Required expertise and qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Math or a related field (candidates can be currently enrolled).
• Research Experience: Preference for candidates with peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions.
• English Proficiency: Ability to read and write with minimal errors.
• Bonus Skills: AI model training experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

Current pay rates range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, varying based on geographic location, expertise, skills assessment, and project needs. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs or for higher-level research projects. For initial onboarding or overtime phases, lower rates may apply. Incentive payments are available for certain projects.
