Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Math or a related field (PhD preferred); current enrollment is acceptable.
• Research experience such as peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English reading and writing with minimal errors.
• Bonus: AI model training experience (not required but advantageous).

Compensation

• Pay rates range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, depending on geographic location and expertise.
• Potential for higher pay on research projects based on performance.

Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Lower rates may apply during onboarding or overtime phases. Incentive payments are possible for certain projects.
