Ampact is seeking Math Tutors for the 2026-27 school year, where you'll support students in a local school environment. This role involves leading tutoring sessions, tracking progress, and conducting assessments.

You will work full-time, 35 hours a week, during daytime hours. All applicants must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma. Join a mission-driven organization making a tangible difference!

Full-time AmeriCorps members receive regular stipends, and part-time positions are also available.

Qualifications

• You should be dependable with a history of good attendance.
• Must be able to follow instructions and improve based on feedback.
• Proficient in basic computer skills like email and online navigation.
• Must be fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead tutoring sessions according to a schedule.
• Track student progress and meet with the school’s on-site coach.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter student scores in data software.
