Job summary

Ampact is looking for passionate individuals to join Math Corps as Math Tutors in Virginia. As a Math Tutor, you'll be responsible for helping students improve their math skills in a supportive environment. Training will be provided!

This position involves working with small groups of students and tracking their progress while committing to personal growth through coaching. Full-time positions offer 35 hours per week during school hours from August 2026 to May 2027 with part-time options available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• History of good attendance is essential.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead tutoring sessions and ensure students receive support.
• Track student progress and meet with the on-site coach.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter scores in data software.
