Job summary

Mathnasium in Mission Viejo is looking for part-time tutors to provide exceptional math instruction to students in grades 2-12. Candidates should have a passion for tutoring and a competency in math, preferably up to Algebra I.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about math and enthusiastic about working with students.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn and grow.
• Competency in math through Algebra I is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional instruction/tutoring services to students.
• Evaluate and correct student work and homework.
• Interact and motivate students during instruction hour.
• Teach using the Mathnasium method and teaching practices.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver the best learning experience.
