Ednovate invites a passionate Math Teacher to join a dedicated team in Southern California. You will deliver standards-aligned instruction, support student growth, and mentor a cohort of advisees, contributing to a positive school culture.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, a California Single Subject Teaching Credential (or path to credential within a year), at least 2 years of math teaching, and superb communication with students, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• California Single Subject Teaching Credential preferred; clear path to credential within a year.
• 2+ years of teaching experience in math with a strong record of improving student learning.
• Significant content expertise in math.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with students, families and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Master math content and deliver standards-aligned instruction.
• Plan and implement rigorous lessons and unit plans with data-driven adjustments.
• Mentor a group of advisees and support their high school progression.
• Foster a caring, inclusive classroom culture with high expectations.
• Collaborate with teammates to drive school improvement.
