Grade classwork, assign homework, and administer assessments. Deliver important announcements regarding homework, school activities and events. Provide students with clear, actionable feedback to drive continuous growth. Analyze data effectively to drive and inform instruction. Adapt and employ different instructional strategies based on the diverse needs of all students. Uphold high expectations for students’ academic achievement.
  • Implement a caring and accountable culture. Ensure a safe and positive learning environment through effective classroom management. Supervise students during transitions to and from class, at lunch, and at dismissal. Appropriately manage students’ behavior in alignment with Ednovate’s culture model and policies. Uphold high expectations for student behavior and social-emotional growth.
  • Contribute positively to the team. Build positive relationships with your teammates. Lean into your vulnerability as a means of building trust. Actively engage in difficult conversations and debate to ensure the best ideas surface. Drive for clarity in decision making. Seek, implement, and offer feedback necessary for individual and team growth. Commit to collective results. Communicate proactively and professionally with teammates, parents, and community members.
