Think Academy Irvine seeks a Math Teacher + Business Operations Specialist who will own campus performance and also teach a limited number of classes. Location Irvine/LA, full-time, ASAP.
Responsibilities include driving renewals, parent communications, enrollment support, and teaching 2–3 math classes weekly using Think Academy curriculum; strong ownership and communication skills required; weekend availability.

We are hiring a Business Operations Specialist who also teaches a limited number of classes to stay closely connected with students, parents, and classroom realities.
You will be accountable for business outcomes, not just participation.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into campus leadership, understands execution, and is comfortable taking ownership.
Annual Compensation: ~$65,000
