A local charter school in Helena-West Helena seeks a Mathematics Teacher for grades 7-12. This role involves developing lesson plans, managing classrooms, and collaborating with other educators. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a valid Arkansas Teaching License. Strong communication skills and prior secondary teaching experience are preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or related field required.
Licenses: Standard Arkansas Teaching License in Mathematics 7-12; or eligible for reciprocity; or enrolled in an Alternative Licensure Program (ALP).
Experience: Prior teaching experience at the secondary level preferred.
Teacher salaries will be based on the experience, degree level, and licensure per the SY 2025-26 Salary Schedule.
