Job summary

Fusion Academy, a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 5–12, is hiring a Math Teacher. You will design creative lessons, adapt to learners’ needs, and mentor students while collaborating with passionate colleagues to personalize education academically, socially, and emotionally. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of math courses (Basic, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Integrated, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, Statistics, Business & Consumer Math, Calculus).
• Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of math courses (Basic, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Integrated, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, Statistics, Business & Consumer Math, and Calculus), following content standards — curriculum and resources provided.
• Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
• Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
