Part‑Time Math and Exam Prep Teacher – Plainfield

We are seeking caring, qualified, and dedicated teachers to work directly with students ages 5‑17, providing tutoring in Mathematics, Reading, Writing, Study Skills, Phonics, Vocabulary, Science, Test Preparation, high‑school entrance exam preparation, and SAT/PSAT & ACT preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Teach mathematics and exam‑prep content to individual and small group students.
• Deliver instruction using our taught methods and curriculum, ensuring students achieve learning goals.
• Provide a supportive learning environment without writing lesson plans or grading homework.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Teaching certification or educational credential is a plus.
• Demonstrated caring commitment to student success.

Schedule and Compensation

Hours per week: 10–19. Typical start time: 3 PM. Typical end time: 8 PM.

Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday.
