Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Math or 12 undergraduate credits in Math.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Engage as supporting teaching in a co-taught classroom.
• Provide individual and small group support for students visiting the department drop-in lab.
• Facilitate sections of Statistics co-requisite courses.
• Mentor students from various courses as part of open lab.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of student information.
• Participate in weekly meetings aimed at student success.
• Refer and connect students to campus resources and services.
• Develop relationships with math faculty to enhance support resources.
