Pathways In Education - Illinois, Inc. in Chicago seeks a full‑time Small Group Instructor specialized in Math to deliver differentiated, data‑driven instruction to 15–20 students daily within a blended learning model.

You will use Common Core-aligned lessons, provide test prep support, maintain attendance and grade records, and collaborate with families, staff, and administrators to promote college and career readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS Illinois Type 09 Teaching Credential in Math (grades 9-12).
• Ability to teach and delegate responsibility to students.
• Experience with educational technology or online teaching preferred.
• Strong math content knowledge and data-driven instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lesson plan‑based instruction to ~15-20 students daily.
• Use data-driven instruction to guide teaching.
• Maintain attendance, grade, and retention records.
• Participate in school events and professional meetings.
• Assist with state mandated testing and audits.
