Job summary

Tutoring Club of San Ramon CA seeks enthusiastic tutors specializing in K-12 Math and high-school physics. Proficiency in Geometry, Algebra 2, and Pre-Calculus is required; Calculus is a plus. Our program covers most Math topics, so lesson planning is minimal.

High-school physics (regular and AP) proficiency is a plus. Tutors work at individual tables with up to three students per session, and we offer paid training and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or currently enrolled in a degree program leading to a bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ years of tutoring experience (teaching experience is a plus).
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work three to five days/week

Responsibilities

• Coach and guide students to meet academic goals.
• Strengthen study habits and identify each student’s learning style.
• Work with up to three students at a time.
• Be engaging, nimble, and professional.
