We are seeking an exceptional Math Learning Center Director (Center Director) to create an engaging and productive learning environment for students. The ideal candidate is passionate about math and helping students succeed academically. They should be ambitious, highly motivated, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and approachable, with excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
The Center Director inspires staff, fosters teamwork, and ensures a high-quality learning experience. They build relationships with guardians, improve efficiency, and drive profitability. The role requires balancing educational, customer service, administrative, sales, and staff management responsibilities, supporting team members' professional growth.
Applicants must pass a math literacy test, provide work authorization, and pass a background check. Successful candidates will complete training in the Mathnasium Method. This is a full-time, salaried position.
