Mathnasium of North Alpharetta is seeking an Assistant Center Director to oversee learning plans, student assessments, and coaching of staff. The role includes sales responsibilities, timely enrollment, and building strong relationships with families to track and celebrate student progress.

You will work with a passionate team in a supportive, growth-driven environment, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training in education, sales, and management best practices.

Formación

• Love for math and helping students learn

• Solid math skills through Algebra I or higher
• Proficiency with basic computer tools

Responsabilidades

• Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and learning plans
• Assist with sales, respond to leads, and enroll students
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating student progress with families
• Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Monitor student progress and engagement during sessions
• Mentor instructional staff with on‑the‑job training
• Teach/tutor in-center, online, or hybrid using Mathnasium Method
• Proficiency with digital educational materials and processes
• Maintain a safe and professional learning environment
• Support administrative tasks as needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
• Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Manage students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff
• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
• Proficiency in computer skills
