Job summary

Global Village Academy in Parker, CO seeks a Math Interventionist to provide targeted mathematics instruction to K–8 students needing additional support and to collaborate with classroom teachers to align intervention with core instruction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required.
• Valid teaching license preferred.
• Experience as a math interventionist or related role preferred.

• Communicate effectively using oral and written language.
• Design and implement lessons that accommodate diverse learning needs, styles, and backgrounds.
• Support the mission, values, and curriculum of the school.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Overview

The Math Interventionist provides targeted mathematics instruction to students in grades K–8 who need additional support in developing math comprehension skills. This role requires expertise in Math intervention strategies, collaboration with classroom teachers, and a commitment to student growth and school success.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver focused math intervention instruction for students in kindergarten through eighth grade.

• Collaborate with classroom teachers to align intervention strategies with core instruction.

Education And Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Valid teaching license preferred.
• Prior experience as a math interventionist or related instructional role preferred.
