Job summary

Learn It Academic Services seeks a Math Intervention Teacher to provide targeted support in reading and mathematics, using data-driven strategies to guide instruction.

The role involves creating engaging lessons, delivering small-group interventions, and collaborating with school personnel and families to ensure student growth and success.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Teaching Certification or Statement of Eligibility.
• Teaching experience with elementary, middle, and/or high school students.
• Title I experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional learning experiences for students in need of academic support.
• Develop lesson plans and implement academic interventions in reading and mathematics.
• Engage students in learning and maintain a positive classroom environment.
• Assess, document, and report student academic data and progress.
• Collaborate and communicate with principals, classroom teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team.
• Implement program components and adhere to applicable compliance requirements.

What You Have

Active and valid Teaching Certification or Statement of Eligibility

Teaching experience with elementary, middle, and/or high school students

Title I experience preferred

Ability to complete district fingerprinting and background clearance, when applicable

Reliable internet access and a computer with webcam for remote teaching, when applicable
