Job summary

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate math proficiency through Algebra I.
• Requires excellent communication skills for interacting with students and parents.
• Must show eagerness to learn new teaching methodologies.
• Exceptional math competency through Algebra I or higher
• Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members for individualized instruction.
• Assess student learning and engagement during sessions.
• Teach/tutor in center and online using specified methods.
• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Job Responsibilities
