Mathnasium of Woodbury is seeking School Year Math Tutors to inspire 2nd–12th grade students after school and on weekends, using the Mathnasium Method. You will assess progress and work with a team to deliver personalized instruction.

Ideal candidates love math, have strong interpersonal skills, and can balance multiple tasks. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement in a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Love for math and working with students.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Solid math competency through Algebra I or higher.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Teach/tutor in-center using the Mathnasium Method and practices.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver individualized instruction in groups.
• Assess students’ progress and engagement during sessions.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
• Maintain a safe and professional learning environment.
