Job summary

A local learning center in Atlanta is seeking enthusiastic individuals for a part-time teaching role focused on K-12 math education. Candidates should have a passion for math and exceptional interpersonal skills, and be available Monday to Thursday in the afternoons. Candidates who are available every day of our work week between Monday and Thursday for the entire shift (2:30 PM - 7:30 PM) may be considered for the Assistant Director Role. Candidates with more limited availability will still be considered for the role of instructor.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 2:30 PM–7:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:45 AM–1:30 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Teach in-center using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Become proficient with all educational materials and processes
