Mathnasium of Lynbrook is seeking an exceptional math instructor to create an engaging and productive learning environment for students. The ideal candidate is passionate, dedicated, and possesses excellent interpersonal, mathematical, and instructional skills. All applicants must provide work authorization and pass a background check. Successful candidates will complete training in the Mathnasium Method. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide high-quality instruction and tutoring to students.
2. Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
3. Teach in-center, online, or through hybrid models using the Mathnasium Method, including individualized instruction within group settings.
4. Assess student progress during sessions and collaborate with team members to optimize learning experiences.
5. Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework.
6. Maintain a clean and professional learning environment.
7. Assist with non-instructional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

1. No formal educational requirements; however, demonstrated aptitude for math is essential.
