Job summary

Mathnasium in Sugar Land is looking for motivated Math Instructor / Tutors to transform the lives of 2nd‑12th grade students. This role involves teaching in-center, online, or via hybrid methods using the Mathnasium Method, which is built on years of expertise in math education.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained on teaching methodologies.
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.
• Ability to manage and balance various teaching tasks.

Responsibilities

• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction.
• Assess students’ learning progress throughout instructional sessions.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials.
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment.
