Mathnasium of Middletown and Mathnasium of Bear-Glasgow are seeking exceptional Math Instructors to create engaging and productive learning experiences for students. The ideal candidate is passionate, dedicated, and possesses excellent interpersonal, mathematical, and instructional skills. This role offers a unique career path focused on community service and student development, along with opportunities to enhance professional skills.

All applicants must pass a math literacy test to demonstrate proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check. Upon hiring, new team members will complete training in the Mathnasium Method. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students.
2. Engage positively with parents to build confidence and demonstrate program value.
3. Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
4. Assess students' progress during sessions and collaborate with team members to optimize student experience.
5. Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework.
6. Maintain a clean and professional learning environment.
7. Assist with non-instructional tasks as needed.
