Job summary

Mathnasium LLC. in Martinez, California, is seeking dedicated instructors to help transform the lives of K-12 students. In this part-time role, you'll teach using the Mathnasium Method, assess students' progress, and work collaboratively with a supportive team. We're looking for passionate individuals with excellent math skills (at least up to Algebra I) and a drive to engage students. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training provided.

What you will do

• Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes

As part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.
