Job summary

Mathnasium of Mandeville is seeking part-time instructors to teach in-center and online using the Mathnasium Method™. You will work with a team to customize instruction for K-12 students, assess progress, and utilize digital learning materials.

Ideal candidates have a passion for math, strong interpersonal skills, and are eager to learn new teaching methods. Flexible scheduling after school and on weekends is available with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.

Responsibilities

• Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.

As part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.
