Job summary

Mathnasium of Mandeville is seeking an enthusiastic Math Instructor to join our after-school program. You will teach in-center or online, using the Mathnasium Method™ to build a strong math foundation and foster a love of learning in K-12 students.

Work with a supportive, student-centered team, deliver individualized instruction in a group setting, and track student progress. Flexible, part-time hours after school and on weekends with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.

Responsibilities

• Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
