Job summary

Mathnasium is looking for passionate instructors in Lafayette, California, to make a difference in K-12th grade students' lives. Instructors will teach both in-center and online, using the Mathnasium Method, and provide individualized instruction.

We're seeking individuals with exceptional math skills (at least through Algebra I), excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous learning. The position offers part-time hours after school and on weekends in a fun and supportive work culture.

What you will do as an instructor

• Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
