Job summary

Mathnasium of Durham is seeking a passionate Math Instructor to teach and tutor students in-center, online, or via hybrid delivery. You will use Mathnasium methods to deliver personalized instruction and monitor progress in a supportive learning space.

The role emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and continuous training. Ideal for individuals who enjoy math, working with students, and growing within a student-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment.
