Job summary

A math tutoring center in Appleton is seeking Math Instructor / Tutors to provide engaging and effective instruction to K-12 students. The role includes teaching both in-center and online, flexible hours, and opportunities for advancement. Ideal candidates should have exceptional math skills, a passion for working with students, and the ability to multi-task. Qualifications

• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Ability to work during the school year, as summer-only instructors are not hired.

What you will do as an instructor:

Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices.

Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.

Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.

Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.

Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment.

What we are looking for in an instructor:

Ability to work during the school year. We do not hire summer-only instructors.

As part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
