Job summary

Mathnasium in Apex, NC is seeking enthusiastic Math Tutors to inspire students from 1st to 12th grade to master math and enjoy learning. This role offers a consistent, guaranteed minimum of 10 hours per week with after-school and weekend shifts.

You will assess progress, provide engaging instruction using the Mathnasium Method, and collaborate with a friendly team in a welcoming center environment. Training is provided and all materials are supplied.

Qualifications

We’re looking for instructors who can work at least 3 of the following shifts:

• Tuesday: 4:00PM–7:30PM
• Wednesday: : 4:00PM–7:30PM
• Thursday: 4:00PM–7:30PM
• Friday: 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Sunday: 1:00 PM–5:00 PM

You Will

• Help students track their progress and celebrate their achievements
• Ensure a safe, welcoming, and professional learning environment
• Review test scores and working on the questions that gave students problems
• Teach and tutor students in our center using our proven Mathnasium Method
• Collaborate with team members to deliver engaging, individualized math instruction
