Base pay range

Required expertise and qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Math or a related field (can be currently enrolled)
• Research experience, including publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions (strongly preferred)
• English proficiency: ability to read and write with minimal errors
• Bonus: AI model training experience (not required but helpful)

Payment

Pay rates for core project work range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, varying based on location, expertise, and performance. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Additional opportunities for higher-paying research projects may be available based on performance. Rates may differ for non-core work, onboarding, or overtime phases, and some projects offer incentive payments.
