Job Responsibilities:

1. Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
2. Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
3. Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
4. Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
5. Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment

Qualifications:

1. Passion for math and working with students
2. Excellent interpersonal skills
3. Eagerness to learn and be trained
4. Ability to balance various ongoing tasks
5. Ability to teach effectively through Pre-Calculus
6. Minimum College Sophomore standing
7. Minimum 1-3 years experience working in a tutoring/teaching/mentoring role
