Join our team as a Math Instructor and Tutor at Mathnasium (Operated by Temple Ventures, LLC)

Position Summary

We are seeking an Instructor to create an engaging and productive learning environment for students. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enthusiastic, approachable, and passionate about helping students succeed in math.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, reporting directly to the District Director or Education Coordinator.

You Will

• Teach and tutor students in-center, online, or via hybrid methods using the Mathnasium Method and practices
• Collaborate with team members to provide individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students' progress and engagement during sessions
• Become proficient with digital educational tools and processes
• Maintain a safe and professional learning environment

You Bring

• A passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and undergo training
• Strong math skills through at least Algebra I
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Applicants must pass a math literacy test, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.

Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour.
