Job summary

Brevard Public Schools is seeking a POOL-MATH COACH to provide leadership and expertise in mathematics teaching to support improved instruction in the Jamieson area. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree with instructional certification and at least three years of classroom experience. Responsibilities include collaborating with administrators and staff to enhance student learning in mathematics. A valid Florida Driver’s license and completion of in-service credits in mathematics are mandatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with instructional certification in the appropriate area and at the appropriate instructional level is required.
• Completion of at least 60 in-service credits in mathematics content and/or mathematics pedagogy.
• Minimum of three (3) years of classroom teaching experience required.
• ESOL Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and expertise in mathematics teaching to staff and parents.
