Job summary

Poudre School District is looking for a 2026-27 Teacher Secondary Long Term Substitute in Mathematics for Lincoln Middle School, Fort Collins, Colorado. The position includes developing and implementing lesson plans and instructing students of various needs.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Colorado teaching license and preferably experience instructing students. Responsibilities also include monitoring student progress and collaborating with teachers to enhance instruction. Benefits include PERA retirement.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado teaching license or Substitute Authorization.
• Experience instructing students in a classroom setting preferred.
• Criminal background check required for hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement course content and lesson plans.
• Instruct students in various settings: large, small, and one-on-one.
• Monitor student growth and progress, adapting support as needed.
