Mathnasium in Carrollton, TX is seeking an Assistant Center Director to lead and grow our math education programs. You will partner with the Center Director to build a high-energy team, drive student outcomes, and meet center goals.

The role trains leaders, oversees curriculum, coordinates with parents, and manages staff performance on a full-time basis at our center.

Qualifications

• Math skills through Algebra I (Geometry+ a plus).
• Full-time availability (M-Th, F/Sa flexible within 30-35 hrs).
• Passion for kids/teams; customer-focused leader.
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Craft custom math plans, reassess students, and update parents (email/text).
• Handle inquiries and step in for seamless ops during Director absences.
• Monitor floor quality, train tutors, and analyze reports for improvements.
