Mathnasium, the #1 math tutoring center with 1,000+ locations, seeks an Assistant Center Director to collaborate with the Center Director, lead a high-energy team, drive student success, and meet center goals. This full-time role involves managing curriculum, parents, and tutor performance while developing leadership skills through our training programs.

Qualifications

• Math skills through Algebra I (Geometry a plus).
• Full-time availability (M-Th, F/Sa 30–35 hrs).
• Passion for kids and leading teams; customer-focused.

• Handle inquiries and step in for seamless ops during Director absences.
• Monitor floor quality, train tutors, and analyze reports for improvements.
