Job summary

Uintah High School is seeking a Part-Time Math Aide to support classroom learning and student growth. The position is a voucher role, up to 29.5 hours per week, with no benefits, and eligibility requires being 21 or older.

The aide will assist with data collection, supervise recess and bus activities as needed, and collaborate with staff to maintain a safe, positive learning environment. A high school diploma is required, with additional Utah teaching credential preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Utah Elementary Teacher Certificate preferred but not mandatory.
• Associate's degree or 48 semester hours of college credit, or willingness to pass ParaPro test on hire.
• Parapro testing may be required immediately upon hire.

• Relate positively with students, staff, parents, and community.
• Assist with data collection.
• Assist with recess and/or bus duty as needed.

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma;
• Utah Elementary Teacher Certificate preferred but not mandatory;
• Must hold Associate's degree or have 48 semester hours of college credit OR must have passed or be willing to pass the ParaPro test immediately upon hire.
