Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma required from an accredited nursing program.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication with patients and families; delegation to team members.
• Ability to assess patients and plan care; discharge planning knowledge.
• Knowledge of health information documentation and EHRs.
• BLS certification; RN license in PA.
