Job summary

PSI Solutions is seeking an Intervention Specialist to provide specialized instruction and support for students with disabilities in K-8 settings on the East Side of Cleveland.

You will collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and counselors; implement MTSS/RTI strategies; and contribute to individualized education plans while ensuring compliance and progress for every student.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Intervention Specialist or Special Education license/certification (state-specific).
• School-based experience preferred; mentorship available for newer professionals.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate on developing and implementing intervention plans.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
• Support students’ social-emotional growth and behavior management.

Assignment Experience (What You Can Expect)

• Provide specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and school psychologists
• Exposure to multiple grade levels (PreK–12 opportunities)
