Job summary

Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton, MA is hiring a Maternity Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive, family‑centered care for patients from infant to elderly, with emphasis on labor and delivery and patient education. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and high quality outcomes.

The role requires an active MA RN license, BLS, ACLS and NRP certifications, with prior labor/delivery experience; days, 24‑hour schedule, every other weekend, and a full benefits

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma, ASN or BSN (BSN within 4 years preferred).
• Experience: Previous RN experience required, labor & delivery experience required.
• Certifications/Licensure: Current MA RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NRP required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients from infant to elderly with diverse needs, aligned with patient rights and values.
• Maintain quality of nursing care including labor & delivery procedures and sterile field management.
• Assess, educate, counsel, and collaborate with the team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
